Position Title: High School Math Teacher

We bring the RCAS mission to life as a Provincial Online Learning School, offering innovative onsite and virtual programming across British Columbia. Overview
The High School Math Teacher at RCOA is responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized math instruction to students in grades 9–12 within a flexible online learning environment. This role involves supporting home-learning families, facilitating virtual or occasional onsite programming, and mentoring students both academically and spiritually as they navigate graduation pathways.
Key Responsibilities/ Core Competencies
Design, assess, and deliver BC Ministry of Education-aligned math curricula for grades 9–12 (including Workplace, Foundations, and Pre-Calculus streams).
Provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments and maintain accurate records via the online learning management system.
Collaborate with home-learning parents to personalize educational pathways for individual student success.
Integrate a biblical worldview seamlessly into mathematical concepts and daily student interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: CA $ 49,721 - 83,390 annually (Full-Time Equivalent; based on experience
