Job Description
We are looking for an independent contractor to teach at our Kamloops Community Connections program location. Community Connections (CC) are in person learning opportunities that are typically one-half to one full day per week, usually between 12 and 24 weeks. At CC, students participate in meaningful and hands-on activities in a class setting with a home-education flavour led by teachers with some community or parent instructors.
Physical and Health Education, Christian Studies (Grades K-2 and 3-6)
0.13 FTE, 5 hrs on-site per week (Wednesdays) for 21 weeks at Valleyview Church in Kamloops, BC

Job Requirements
Qualifications
BC Teacher Certification is an asset
Previous experience teaching relevant subjects
Previous experience teaching CC/CC+ is preferred
Ability to build relationships and work relationally with students, parents, coordinator and other team members
Flexible attitude towards adapting to students and situation
