Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in theology, Biblical Studies, Ministry, or a related field

  • Bachelor of Education / valid Alberta Teaching certification is preferred

  • Experience in youth ministry or chaplaincy (school or community setting
    preferred)

  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and the social/emotional
    needs of students in Grades 7–12

We are seeking a dynamic Education Assistant to work with students in the family home for the 2026-27 school year. This is a part-time contract position that may grow in hours over the course of the school year, depending on student needs and EA skillsets.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Spiritual Leadership

  • Model a vibrant and authentic Christian faith consistent with the school’s statement of faith

  • Demonstrate a clear Christian testimony and active involvement in a local evangelical church

Required:
