Job Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  •  Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students

  • Work closely with classroom teachers, educational assistants, and parents to support
    diverse learners

  • Use evidence-based strategies to provide direct support and differentiated instruction

  • Foster a nurturing and respectful environment that reflects Christian values  

  • Maintain open, ongoing communication with staff and families  

  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold (or be eligible for) BC teacher certification, with specialization or training in inclusive education.
