Job Description

The Position:

We are looking for a BC Certified Teacher to teach in-person at our Langley Community Connections+ program location. Community Connections Plus (CC+) are in-person learning opportunities that are one full day per week for 30 weeks where students collaborate in a class setting with a home-education flavour with a focus on meaningful and hands-on learning activities. CC+ classes are led by BC certified teachers fully responsible for covering all CC+ course outcomes.

Art, Science, Social Studies (Grades 4/5)
0.27 FTE position, one day (Thursday) on site for 30 weeks at Christian Life Assembly Church in Langley, BC
2026-27 school year

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

BC Teacher Certification
Previous experience teaching relevant subjects
Previous experience teaching CC/CC+ is preferred
Ability to build relationships and work relationally with students, parents, coordinator and other team members
Flexible attitude towards adapting to students and situation
