Job Description
As our school is growing, Springs Christian Academy is seeking the following Full-Time Teachers for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Springs Christian Academy has a strong Christ-centered academic program from Preschool to Grade 12, where students are taught to influence their community and are set up for success beyond graduation. We are a school founded on the principles of pursuing Christ and pursuing excellence in education and believe in the importance and value of teaching God’s Word and principles to our students. As a team, we are committed to community, growth, and have a love and passion for raising the next generation.

Job Requirements
each candidate will:
Exhibit both instructional and disciplinary excellence
Demonstrate his/her ability to work effectively as a team player
Include a Pastoral Reference Form (available for download on our website). The expectation is for the applicant to arrange a meeting with their local church pastor to complete this reference.
Include a cover letter & resume
All teacher applicants must hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
