We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll regulations.

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll inquiries.

  • Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs).

  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.

  • Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including T4 processing and PIER reports.

  • Maintain employee payroll records and update changes as needed.

  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.

  • Utilize payroll software (experience with Sage is a plus) for payroll processing.

The Langley Community Connections program is a one-day-a-week face-to-face program serving students from Kindergarten through to Grade 9. HCOS and KCC have an opening for an HR Coordinator. This is a full-time, hybrid position, working 40 hours per week, with two days per week on-site. The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of HR contact for new employees and contractors. Providing administrative support to candidates, hiring managers, internal HR, and business stakeholders to provide a consistent onboarding experience for newly hired staff across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions and postings that ensure consistency across all divisions.

  • Complete all recruitment administrative processes while ensuring compliance with legislative and societal requirements.

StudyForge has an opening for a temporary, Learning Experience Design Animator. This is a full-time, remote, temporary position working 40 hours per week for approximately 9-10 months. As a Learning Experience Design Animator, you will be joining a team of passionate educators developing world-class digital curriculum for online schools.
