HCOS has an opening for a Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time, hybrid position, working 24 hours per week in both a remote and onsite capacity.   • Meet regularly with BCA RD’s to discuss the overall climate of BCA and the areas of possible growth and improvement.

  • Serve on the BCA Discipleship Team.

  • Serve as the point person for BCA at Youth Quake and recruit a team of volunteers to serve and care for them that weekend.

  • Prepare students for engaging the broader world after they graduate from BCA.

  • Envision and execute new ways of calling BCA students to be formed into the image of Christ and live lives of surrender, pursuit, community, service, and mission.

  • Execute all of the above within the parameters outlined in Briercrest policies and procedures, particularly the Child Protection Policy.

TEAM RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to the Director of Student Development through a weekly meeting.

  • Works in cooperation with the BCA Administration and teaching staff.

  • Partners with BCA Residence Directors and serves alongside the larger Student Development team.
