Trinity Christian School is searching for their next Vice Principal (VP) of High School!
The VP of High School will provide spiritual, instructional, and relational leadership that reflects Trinity’s mission to equip students for academic excellence, deep discipleship, and purposeful living. Born from the amalgamation of Timothy Christian School (JK-Grade 8; 360 students) and Unity Christian High School (Grade 9-12; 100 students), Trinity Christian School is a newly unified K-12 community committed to igniting passionate apprentices of Christ, rooted in transformative faith and equipped to thrive in an ever-changing world. Assessment & Planning

  • Conduct educational assessments to identify learning challenges and academic needs.

  • Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans in collaboration with the Student Services Team.

  • Design and implement behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual student profiles.

  • The Director of Student Support must hold a British Columbia Teaching Certificate.

  • Education: A Bachelor of Education with a Major/Minor in Home Economics, Culinary Arts, or significant industry experience (Red Seal is an asset but not required).

  • Specialization: Safety Credentials: Current Level 1 FOODSAFE certification (preferred but optional).

  • Faith Commitment: A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ who is an active member of a local Christian church and signs our Statement of Faith.

  • Skills: Strong classroom management, ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and proficiency in educational technology.
