Job Description

The POsition

We are looking for a BC Certified Teacher to teach in-person at our Prince George Community Connections+ program location. Community Connections Plus (CC+) are in-person learning opportunities that are one full day per week for 30 weeks where students collaborate in a class setting with a home-education flavour with a focus on meaningful and hands-on learning activities. CC+ classes are led by BC certified teachers fully responsible for covering all CC+ course outcomes.

Art, Science, Social Studies (Grades 6/7)
0.22 FTE, one day (Thursdays, 8AM-4PM) on-site for 30 weeks at First Baptist Church in Prince George, BC
2026-27 school year

What we offer:

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BC Teacher Certification

  • Previous experience teaching relevant subjects

  • Previous experience teaching CC/CC+ is preferred

  • Ability to build relationships and work relationally with students, parents, coordinator and other team members

  • Flexible attitude towards adapting to students and situation
