JOB SUMMARY: The use of the RT’s time is prioritized according to the changing needs of the school population. These priorities change as the school year evolves, therefore, the priorities require redefinition regularly.


Job Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:
Academic/Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Education from a recognized university;
• Hold a valid teaching certificate in the province of Manitoba;
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Ability to work effectively as a team member;
• Ability to work independently and highly self-initiating;
• Ability to interact effectively and positively with administration, staff, students and the public and outside agencies;
• High degree of initiative, organizational, prioritizing and time management skills;
• Ability to meet multiple demands and deadlines with many interruptions;
• Strong analytical abilities;
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow up.
• Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
• Good understanding of the role of and maintaining confidentiality and privacy issues.
• Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy;
• Ability to effectively adapt to changing situations or increased responsibilities within the workplace;

The King’s School is seeking an operations assistant who will join our operations team and begin August 24, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Candidate will work in The King’s School office and must have good people skills, be detail oriented, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
