Job Description
Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and the mission of NCCS
Strong spiritual leadership and personal integrity
Proven ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and diverse learning needs
Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities
Ability to resolve challenges with fairness, wisdom, and respect
A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in a K–9 school setting
. Leadership experience in a school environment (Principal or Vice-Principal experience considered an asset)
Willingness to support a collaborative team culture and contribute to a vibrant Christian school community
Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation
Job Requirements
Valid British Columbia Teaching Certificate
Bachelor of Education (required)
Master’s degree in Education or a related field (asset)
Additional training or experience in Christian education is considered an advantage
