Bearspaw Christian School is an independent, multi-denominational Christian school located in NW Calgary. We are looking for candidates interested in joining a dynamic educational team to work in a school environment that fosters discipleship alongside academics. We believe in working collaboratively as a staff to empower and build into the lives our students and families.
The BCS@Home Blended-Hybrid Teacher will deliver in-person and virtual instruction to students in his/her teaching assignments. The Blended-Hybrid Teacher will use his/her position to help students realize their personal academic potential and develop a close personal relationship with Jesus so that they will be better equipped to transform their world for Christ.
The BCS@Home Blended-Hybrid Teacher will work collaboratively within their areas of responsibility to support and contribute to the overall success of BCS and BCS@Home, always working with BCS’ best interest in mind. The Blended-Hybrid Teacher will work to support the Principal in carrying out BCS’ missional, administrative, educational and behavioural responsibilities. The team exists to uphold the BCS Mission of “Reaching Hearts … Teaching Minds… Transforming Our World'' and our Vision of “Joining with the family to realize Personal Academic Excellence and Christ-like character in Each Student.”
