Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide faith-based leadership and strategic direction for the school community
Oversee curriculum, instruction, and student achievement (Pre-K–12)
Recruit, hire, orient, mentor and support teachers and staff
Manage operations, budget, and policy development and implementation
Build strong relationships with parents, churches, and community partners
Model servant leadership and spiritual maturity
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Strong personal testimony and faith in alignment with Cedars’ Statement of Faith
Master’s degree in Education
Proven experience in school leadership or administration
Strong instructional, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, vision, and integrity
