Leadership Network Meetings (previously referred to as District Meetings) are designed to connect, inform, and inspire. Each meeting includes opportunities to discuss the current circumstances of their schools. Additionally, attendees receive updates on the latest educational trends, encompassing political, cultural, spiritual, economic, and legal aspects pertinent to Christian schools. Guest speakers are invited to present on contemporary Christian educational practices. Administrators are encouraged to consistently enhance their schools for the benefit of their students and to honour God.
AJ Crocker is the Executive Director of ACSI Western Canada, serving and resourcing Christian schools across the region.
AJ spent 9 years managing the enrolment department at Briercrest Christian Academy, College & Seminary. Six of those years he also spent leading as a Vice-President in charge of Public Relations, Recruitment, Marketing and Fundraising. School Identity, admissions process and strategic vision for the future became key responsibilities for AJ in time as VP. This led to a season of speaking around North America on Recruiting Mission-fit Students.

Mission and vision statements are easy to articulate—but far more challenging to live out consistently. This session invites school leaders to examine the alignment between what their school claims to value and how those values are actually expressed in daily practice.
Drawing on real-world leadership experience, we will explore how school identity is shaped through strategic decisions related to mission, vision, admissions, and community expectations. Particular attention will be given to how admissions policies, enrolment practices, and leadership priorities either reinforce or erode a school’s stated identity over time.
Principals will be encouraged to reflect honestly on where alignment is strong, where drift may be occurring, and how intentional leadership can bring greater coherence between purpose and practice—so that school identity is not only communicated well, but faithfully embodied.
