It is also a good opportunity to meet with colleagues and continue to build a support network for your school.

Keynote Speakers: Phil and Karen Hills
Karen is currently serving as a sessional instructor at Columbia Bible college. Before this she worked as a teacher for over 30 years teaching students from K–12 in both public and private schools. She has travelled the world teaching Christian teachers how to make Jesus the centre of their classrooms in a way that naturally fits into their planning pedagogical and assessment practices.
Phil is currently the Regional Director of ACSI Western Canada. During the early years of his career in education, he worked as a teacher in the public system of BC. Later he served as a principal of a Christian school in Chilliwack, BC. Phil believes passionately in the transforming power of Christ-saturated education and has devoted his life to equipping people to become the most effective educators in the world.

Session 1 – Phil Hills This session will explain each of these postures and how people can learn to listen to those who think differently than they do and find ways to work together to build unity that reveals Jesus and draws students to Him.
