Benefits of Membership for Colleges and Universities | Western Canada Region

ACSI currently serves over 24,000 schools and 5.5 million students globally and is the largest Protestant independent school organization in the world. ACSIWC has a membership of approximately 25,000 students in the western provinces of BC, AB, SK and MB. It is a privilege to be able to offer your Christian college or university, students, and staff the many benefits that ACSIWC has available.

ACSIWC is a service organization that strives to meet the needs of all Christian colleges and universities, regardless of size or status.  The benefits listed here help ACSIWC fulfill its mission to empower Christian educators and schools worldwide to effectively prepare students for life.

Empowering Christian Colleges and Universities through Professional Development

  • Complimentary ACSIWC convention registration (excluding meals) for your college and university staff and education students who pre-register at the convention in your area

Empowering Christian Colleges and Universities through Resources

  • Contact information for ACSI member high schools in Western Canada from our office for your enrollment management or admissions office (upon request)

Empowering Christian Colleges and Universities through Global Opportunities

  • Annual listing of international teacher and administrator positions available through the Department of International Ministries

Empowering Christian Colleges and Universities through Promotional Opportunities

  • Listing by Province of college or university name in the ACSI International Online Directory

  • Promotion of new college or university programs or other news items through our monthly ACSIWC Communicator

  • ACSI student activities are sometimes supported by our member colleges and universities to the mutual benefit of the Christian high school students and the college

  • Member college and university presidents and professors are featured as seminar and keynote speakers at conventions and conferences—Result: high visibility!

  • Complimentary display space at our Student Leadership Conferences (meals and accommodations are extra) and 50% off the exhibit fee for teacher conventions

  • College and university participation as exhibitors or delegates at our administrator/board conference for Western Canada at 50% off

To become an ACSIWC member, colleges and universities should:

  • Agree with our Statement of Faith

  • Complete a membership form

  • Pay an annual membership fee
