Session 1: Leading for Educational Effectiveness
Requirements for the new economy and the digital generation dictate the need for different measures of effectiveness. Mix these with requirements for effective discipleship and we find that Christian educational leaders need retooling. This session will tease out 21st Century success indicators, along with practical ways to achieve them.
Session 2: The New Learning Environment
New 21st Century curriculum requires a new pedagogy and a new learning environment. The move from content-focus to competency-focus combines with digital generation preferences to highlight the changes needed for deeper engagement with learning. This session will show how curriculum changes, pedagogy changes, and classroom management changes work together to create this new learning environment and deeper learning.
